We are seeking a
**Social Worker **to join our Melbourne team who is
**passionate, motivated** and eager to start or continue a successful career with a leading rehabilitation provider
The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:
- Conduct assessments and a range of case management services, including OES, transitional counselling and NES, across various customer portfolios;
- Develop and implement vocational rehabilitation strategies to support injured workers with their recovery and return to work and life;
- Assist injured workers with training and developing of job seeking skills and to find new employment independently;
- Interact and build relationships with employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for your clients;
- Work with our multidisciplinary team in delivering specialised services.
**About You**:
- **Social Worker with full AASW membership;**:
- Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
