We're looking for a dynamic Café All-Rounder to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service.

**Position Overview**:
As a Café All-Rounder at The Lookout Café, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Your role will be diverse, covering everything from taking orders and making coffee to assisting in the kitchen and maintaining a clean and inviting space. We’re seeking someone who is versatile, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a team that values quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items to a high standard.
- Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation and plating.
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Provide support to other team members during busy periods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain food hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with any other tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Barista skills are a plus, but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
