**Then come and join our global team as **a Head of Finance Customer Service (CS) ANZ working in partnership with the Head of CS.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Full P&L and Forecast responsibility of the Customer Services division - influencing top line revenue to bottom line profitability
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with RHQ and HQ colleagues instilled with transparency, trust and integrity to ensure Zone Australia meets local and global objectives
- Provide leadership, guidance and empowerment to team members via tangible actionable suggestions, adequate support and increasing their visibility in the organisation
- Ensure to be a trusted partner to the General Manager of Service to facilitate and provide business insights for better decision making
- Actively encouraging a work/life balance amongst the team to ensure to nurture talent and resources - encouraging a culture of working smarter
- Instilling a culture of continuous improvement/productivity via continually encouraging process optimisation and empowering digitalisation (e.g. Data Science, Robotics, Data visualisation via PowerBI & QlikView.
- Instilling a culture of ensuring that the integrity of the books and records are always maintained
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing management to formulate go to market strategies, pricing strategies and negotiate complex deal structures with customers to enable profitable growth
- Ensuring forecast accuracy remains in focus and looking at key Revenue and Cost levers to achieve forecasts
- Provide business and financial support for new growth ventures & business opportunities (e.g. Value Partnerships)
- Customer facing focus supporting Sales and General Management in contract and pricing negotiations

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Proven track record of managing teams and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization
- Experienced Results Orientated Finance Manager with Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong command of the English language, written and verbal
- Excellent Communications and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP required
