Machine Operator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person (no negative vibes) to join our dynamic and driven Production team to operate our label rewinding machine.

**What you will be doing**:

- Slitting down labels to customer work ticket requirements
- Running machines in a timely and efficient manner
- Carry out work in accordance with company safety and quality processes and procedures
- Meet Production output KPI's, working with integrity and be a team player
- General Housekeeping with machine cleaning and maintenance

**What we are looking for**:
**A fabulous person that has experience operating rewinding machines plus the following traits**:

- Be pro-active and work well in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Have a sense of urgency with excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow work ticket instructions
- Be reliable, punctual and have a good work ethic

**What we offer**:

- Annual salary reviews + bonus structure for meeting production targets;
- 20% on afternoon shift loading + 15minutes paid daily Tea Break;
- Full time: 40 hour week - Monday to Thursday;
- Air-Conditioned factory floor;
- Safe factory with ISO 9000; and
- The position is Permanent Afternoon Shift 2.15pm to 12.45am - 4 days per week

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Berrinba, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
