Skilled Assembler

CT Labour Hire Pty Ltd specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.

Our client has an extremely strong global reputation, specialising in the production of rubber components for the mining and agricultural sector.

**The Role**:
Skilled Assembler with a view to further your career in manufacturing within the mining and agricultural industries - relevant industry experience an advantage but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading plans
- Assembling parts to make up moulds
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operation of your work area
- Display a high attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Active involvement in team safety meetings
- High attention to detail to perform quality control activities
- Providing support to the team as a whole
- Perform routine maintenance on your machines.

**The following will be highly regarded**:

- Demonstrated experience using both Injection Moulding and Milling Compression systems - Highly Regarded
- Competent & comfortable with complex processes
- Able to work in a production team environment efficiently and safely
- PPE: Your own Hi Vis long sleeve shirt, long workpants & your own steel cap boots
- Be well presented, reliable and punctual
- Reliability and punctuality is an essential must
- Immediate start.

**Salary**: $28.40 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
