**The role on offer**:
Reporting to the **Head of LiSTNR Parenting & Kids Entertainment**, the **Executive Digital Producer** - **LiSTNR Kids & Parenting** is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects on of LiSTNR Kids & Parenting digital portfolio of Podcasts & Brands including managing the creation, curation and delivery of digital content for its shows.

This role will have a strong input into the ongoing development of the Southern Cross Austereo Digital Content Strategy across our sites, mobile platforms and social media for LiSTNR Kids & Parenting.

You will lead the editorial strategy to ensure our audience is at the heart of our decision-making and gets the best possible offer on and from LiSTNR Kids & Parenting digitally.
- 3 years experience in managing content production using the full Web product lifecycle (including creative, technical and editorial components)
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in digital best practices, site and social news content strategies
- An 'on-the-tools' mentality
- A collaborative leadership style
- Ability to develop and manage project timeline, resources, vendors, and budgetary requirements
- Ability to prioritise tasks with teams and manage multiple projects concurrently, take initiative and provide follow through.
- Excellent research, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
- Passion for producing content for parents and kids to deliver exceptional, best in class digital and social content
