Yatala, Australia CT Labour Hire Full time

CT Group specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing, and warehousing industries.
- We are currently seeking a Service Cleaner/General Maintenance worker for immediate start to maintain a clean and tidy Service Department, Grounds and perform General Maintenance services.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean the workshop floor, benches, tools, machinery, equipment and drains
- Empty rubbish bins
- Ensure the workshop is organised and tools are stored in their allocated location
- Maintain the exterior branch grounds:

- Lawn maintenance: mowing and whipper snipping
- Plant and shrub maintenance: pruning, trimming and hedging
- Soil and weed maintenance: mulching and fertilising
- Pick up and dispose of rubbish
- Provide general property repairs: Painting and retouching, replace light bulbs
- Clean windows, exterior floors, drains and gutters
- Wash company and customer vehicles

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- A current High Risk Work Forklift Licence
- A QLD Drivers Licence
- Be available for **Immediate** start
- Able to commit to Monday to Friday, full time hours
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role will involve manual heavy lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace.
- You must be very OH&S aware and willing to Commitment to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
- Have PPE including steel capped boots, hi-vis long sleeve shirts and long pants
