We're seeking a motivated Internal Sales Person to support their overseas domestic and industrial customers, including mines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in customer service, and possess a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Service overseas, domestic and industrial customers/mines
- Process and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and general inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs and inquiries

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in customer service and sales
- Electrical wholesale or supply chain experience is preferred
- Computer literacy
- Drivers licence
