**Position Title: Leisure,**Lifestyle & Social Support Coordinator**

**Employment Type**:Ongoing full-time

**Role Description**

As our Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering a variety of Leisure & Lifestyle interests and social activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents within the Residential Aged Care Units & Community Social Support Group. You'll work closely with residents and staff to promote wellbeing, inclusion, and fun

**About you**
- Relevant Qualifications and / or experience in the Community Services sector and/ or experience in working with older adults and / or people with a disability.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate staff and volunteers.
- Experience in the development, coordination and evaluation of group programs and activities.
