About the role

As a Lifestyle coordinator, the key role would be to design; coordinate and implement leisure based activities program to support and enhance the lives of residents at the home. This is a Permanent full time role based in Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and implementing leisure activities for aged residents
Identify individual residents through assessments
Organising leisure and recreational activities and events
Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in activities both within and outside the home

About You

Communication skills - both verbal and written
Creativeness and ability to research activities and ideas that suit and meet resident’s needs
Ability to collaborate with the team and engage the community
Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organization.
