**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Bensons Trading Co is looking for a range of casual sales and events specialists to be part of our ‘On Site’ team at some of Australia’s largest Royal Shows. These events will provide you with the exciting opportunity to work amid the vibrant, fast paced, and fun Showbag Pavilions.

The various roles will involve using your passion and energy to ensure customers purchase the right showbag that meets their needs. Part of this process is to market and communicate to the customer what they will be missing out on if they don’t make a purchase now. The emphasis being more on the ‘trendiness’ of the Showbag rather than just the qualities of the Showbag.

**The roles to be filled include**:

- Introductory Retail Staff
- people who are looking to get their foot in the door and learn. Great for those who wish to introduce themselves to the workforce.
- Casual Retail Staff
- people who have had previous experience in cash handling, EFTPOS (electronic funds transfer at point of sale) and customer service.
- Team leaders - people who are wanting to take on that little bit of extra responsibility and assist with managing a team that includes managing staff breaks and shifts, customer relations, etc.
- Store people - assisting with filling the counters and stock replenishment, ensuring a tidy work place out the back of stands and stock management.
- Night Shift
- experienced Forklift drivers replenishing stock.

**Key Skills**:

- Fun and energetic personality
- Ideally availability throughout the whole show is preferred.
- Passion for showbags, kid’s toys, pop culture, and the surrounding show culture
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing amazing customer service.
- Has reliable transport
- Has possession of and can navigate a smartphone.
- Living in Australia (Brisbane Showgrounds)
