**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Specialist to join our Information Technology Team

Your key duties will include:

- Build relationships with key stakeholders - internal and external
- Participation in initiatives and projects, working as technical lead/SME to implement ‘fit for purpose’ solutions

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following technical experience:

- Enterprise Document Management System (DMS) support experience
- Active Directory and Microsoft environment experience
- Knowledge and experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions
- Ability to build relationships with and manage vendors effectively including managing support arrangements and SLA’s
- Experience working with the Microsoft PowerPlatform (i.e. PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics)

- Ability to read logs and events
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a drive to succeed

- Learning agility and a growth mindset
- Ability to build relationships with key resources - internal stakeholders and vendors

The following would be advantageous, but are not a prerequisite:

- iManage DMS experience
- Finance system support experience
- CRM support experience
- Dynamics365 support experience
- SQL database administration experience
- Knowledge and experience working in Azure environments
