Overview:

Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. **Responsibilities**:
What you'll do
- Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and niche pipelines
- Use a data-driven approach to inform and influence hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Track pipeline activity to share with internal customers and being the knowledgable voice in the room about pipelines
- Recommend and lead improvements that impact local pipeline/craft areas and inspire creativity in the wider team
- Take a data-driven approach about where to find and attract the right talent
- Partner with our Talent ID and Brand team to build our offline presence in your niche area by building an strong brand and value proposition for the departments that you support

Qualifications:
Your background
- In-house or agency recruiting experience in the technology sector
- Experience using creative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems - we use Lever, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
