**Team Leader and Hygiene Service Technician - Van Driver & Restocker**

**Full Time | Thomastown | From $28 per hour**

**Hours**: 3-5 weekdays per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm

**Location**: Start and finish in Thomastown

**Pay**: From $28.00 per hour

**Vehicle**: Company van provided for use during business hours

**About the Role**
- We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to lead and support our Hygiene Services team.
- This is a hands-on role where you will coordinate service run schedules, work independently on the road while providing support to the performance of a small team.
- You’ll drive a company van from site to site, follow a service run schedule, and service washroom products (such as refilling soap dispensers, air fresheners, and exchanging sanitary units). You **do not**need to clean the washrooms.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and is confident supervising others.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead a small team of hygiene technicians
- Prepare service scheduled run sheets for yourself and the team to follow
- Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on time
- Restock and maintain washroom products (soap dispensers, air fresheners, sanitary units)
- Drive a company van between locations
- Communicate with management and report issues

**What You Need**
- A valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Experience in a mobile, delivery, or service role
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- A friendly, professional attitude with good customer service skills
- Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
