Food Production Team Leader Position available at Frozen Food Manufacturer

**Position**:Food Production Team Leader

An opportunity exists for a competent individual to assume the role of team leader within a factory specialising in the production of various food products.
- Supervising staff in accordance with production schedules
- Directing manufacturing operations while providing guidance to team members
- Overseeing all aspects of production activities, including environmental enhancements, quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and equipment maintenance

As the team leader of the production line, you will be entrusted with managing all facets of production activities, leading a daily team of 7 to 8 individuals while providing support to the manager.

**Key Features of the Position**:

- Joining as a foundational member of a new factory initiative
- No prior experience necessary; recruitment is based on individual character and motivation, offering an entry point for newcomers to the food industry
- No work required on Sundays and public holidays

**Experience/Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
Australian citizenship or permanent resident visa is essential, with mandatory Saturday availability.

**Preferred Skills/Experience (although not compulsory)**:

- Previous employment in a food manufacturing setting
- Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production management roles
- Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness for managerial responsibilities

**Purpose of Hiring**:
To establish and expand the organisational framework necessary for launching a new factory operation.

**Salary/Remuneration**:
Annual salary negotiable, with initial engagement offered on a casual basis with the potential for full-time permanent employment.

**Working Hours**:
Commencing at 7:30 AM.

**Working Days**:
Five days per week, including mandatory Saturday shifts, with flexibility negotiable for other weekdays.

**Days Off and Leave**:
Sundays and public holidays, with provisions for long service leave following seven years or more of service.
