About the role

We’re seeking an ERP Security & Integrations Specialist to play a lead role in delivering the full lifecycle of integrations and security enhancements, ensuring a secure and connected platform.

You’ll join an innovative team, who work collaboratively to navigate the fast-paced environment while upholding the Transurban values.

As our ERP Security & Integrations Specialist, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Work within Agile principles and practices, supporting the delivery of key initiatives across the ERP platform and third-party systems, that improves process, quality, cost and mitigates risk
- Management of Workday cross functional changes that have direct touch points with integrations & security
- Design and Implement automation or process improvements to reduce admin overhead in security administration

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

- Project/Delivery experience within a complex technical environment with a good understanding of agile methodology, tools, and practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills & effective negotiation skills
- Ability to embed rigor and change, working closely with non-technical stakeholders to ensure high-level of adoption
- Ability to understand complete business systems and ability to identify potential risks or issues
- Robust understanding of ITIL methodologies
