**Graduate Content & Tender Writer**
Canberra, Australia

$70,000 - 90,000 per annum, plus super

Full-time with hybrid working options

We seek a full-time Junior Content & Proposal Writer to support our dynamic sales and marketing teams in creating winning submissions. You will support the team in assessing client requests, delivering well-crafted responses, and ensuring that our brand shines through every document.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate requests from clients and external parties to determine their suitability, viability, and alignment with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all key deliverables are on track and submitted on time.
- Produce clear and articulate written responses that effectively convey our value proposition.
- Uphold our brand identity and maintain a high level of professionalism in all written and visual aspects of our documents.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather information for inclusion in tender responses.
- Prepare responses to clarifications and presentations, seeking input from relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our response content library.
- Assist in maintaining our company templates and content.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings to stay aligned with our team's goals.

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt technical, persuasive, and creative writing techniques as needed.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to develop competitive proposals.
- Resourcefulness in gathering required information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional English language and grammatical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication and influencing abilities across all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- University education.
- Evidence of factual or technical documents for business, sales material, tender responses, marketing material would be a bonus
