The Clinic is a non-for-profit enterprise that seeks to offer access to low-cost psychological support services for our community nationwide, as well as providing high-quality learning experiences for our students completing their Social Work and Counselling degrees.

**An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinic Administrator** to provide administrative support and coordinate the day-to-day requirements of the clinic. This role has a dual focus; welcoming clients into the clinic and coordinating student support.

The Clinic Administrator is part of a tight-knit, dedicated team, with a shared passion for supporting and guiding students throughout their academic journey to become the next generation of Counsellors and Social Workers.

**The role of Clinic Administrator involves**:

- All aspects of managing the administration of client referrals, appointments, wait lists, record management and a broad range of admin tasks
- Responds to student and client enquiries and complaints, via telephone, online and face to face
- Ensures compliance and privacy is maintained in all aspects of the clinics' practice
- Maintains and updates policies and procedures accordingly
- Works closely with the Practice Manager and Clinic Director to ensure a safe, equitable, timely and efficient service for students and clients
- Liaises with marketing and various internal and external key stakeholders to promote the clinic and ensure the reputation and standards are of the highest regard
- Minimum of 2 years solid administrative and client/customer services experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Demonstrates a high level of sensitivity, confidentiality and cultural awareness
- Experience with ensuring compliance, and managing policies and procedures
- Highly organised, and confident in juggling conflicting priorities and working well in a busy environment

**Although not essential, it will be highly regarded if you demonstrate**:

- Experience in an education or healthcare environment
- Have a genuine interest in psychology, counselling or social work
- A genuine desire to help others work towards meaningful goals
