The People & Culture Manager role is responsible for driving the people and culture function at Facto. They work to ensure a value-adding service for both people leaders and employees to reflect the business’ key objectives, help build organisational and people capability and drive the organisation to become an employer of choice. This is an exciting opportunity to build the People & Culture function from the
**ground up.**

**Key Tasks**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the P&C strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and drive programs including performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, employee engagement and experience, social initiatives, reward & recognition, wellbeing and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with the management team, acting as a point of people expertise to advise and guide on people and culture company policies, procedures, and workplace relations matters, providing ongoing coaching and support to people leaders.
- Develop, implement and maintain a graduate program in partnership with Capability leads.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory

compliance.
- Develop and implement a first class onboarding process that sets all new hires up for success.
- Develop and champion diversity and inclusion programs that create a genuine culture of belonging.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline
- Advanced knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Demonstrated experience of implementing various people strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with HRIS and other HR tools
