Your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the project managers on various small to large civil project sites throughout Sydney to ensure high quality project delivery._

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide supervision on project sites while working closely with the project team
- Oversee project and resource management
- Be able to read site plans / blueprints
- Experienced with leveling and site setup / preparation (pre-construction)
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors
- Write and review JSA's and risk assessments
- Record daily site works in the site diary

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a civil site supervisor
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence in managing complex projects
- The ability to grasp new concepts very quickly whilst being adaptable and flexible
- Possess the ability to problem solve and be innovative in a team setting
- Be able to follow direction
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Able to cope with competing tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Valid manual drivers’ licence
