At BagTrans we are searching for an Operations Administrator - Afternoon Shift for our Brooklyn depot based in Victoria.

**Why the role exists**:
The Operations Administrator’s purpose is to provide quality on-time support to our Customer Service and Allocation teams including our vast customer base The Operations Administrator is responsible for the ensuring all of the recorded times on drivers' run sheets are correct (and challenged if not), data entry and manual processing of a variety of documentation and may be required to perform several other duties as in accordance with work priorities.

Your ability to build strong relationships with drivers and customers both internally and externally will be a critical part of the role.

You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to immediately problem solve in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with conflicting responsibilities where timeslot deliveries and pickups are critical to business success.

**What we need from you**:

- At least 1 years' experience in a clerical role within the logistics, freight, or delivery services industries
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Ability to organise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines and priorities consistently
- Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service
- Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude
- Team player
