**About us**

**The Role**
We’re seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to join our Recruitment Team in supporting people & culture.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Recruitment, Induction Onboarding of Quality Disability Support Workers
- Ongoing Monitoring of Quality and Compliance
- Liaising with Client Service Managers, Coordinator of Supports and Management to Ensure Adequately Trained Support Workers are Maintained
- Building Rapport with Clients and Stakeholders to Ensure Client Support Needs are Being Met for New and Existing Clients

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum 2 years Disability Industry Experience
- Preferably Experience with Recruiting and Maintaining Disability Support Workers
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or Equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / Working with Children Check
