**About the Role**

As an **Instructional Designer**, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our strategic vision by designing, developing, and embedding innovative, sustainable, and learner-centered experiences. From digital to face-to-face formats, you will use evidence-based educational and instructional design principles to create engaging, interactive, and high-quality learning practices.

Working closely with multiple teams, you will enhance employee capability across the organization, ensuring our learning programs are not only effective but also foster a sense of enablement and enhance workforce capability.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

- Proactively engaging in research and development to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our learning solutions remain innovative and effective.

**What you’ll bring**

You will have experience in a similar role curating online courses and educational content with exposure to LITMOS LMS, Articulate Storyline, RISE and Camtasia highly desired. You will have demonstrated ability to develop relationships across multiple teams with a client focussed approach and a thorough understanding of adult learning processes and methodologies.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both).

We would also love you to have:

- Tertiary qualifications in e-Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology along with qualifications in Graphic or Multimedia Design - these are highly regarded but not essential.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is also preferable.
