**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to introduce products and services.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update customer databases.
- Track and report on calls and leads, etc.

**About You**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations.
- Able to engage and build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Familiar with CRM systems and data entry.
- Persistent, goal-driven, and proactive.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time role: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week).
- Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle - ideal for mums, students, or anyone balancing other commitments.

**Remuneration**: Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.

**Location**:St. Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).

**Job Type**: Part-time
