**About Us**:
We are a leading retail butcher company based in Sydney with 12 stores within Sydney and
Newcastle. In addition to retail butchery, we supply cafés and restaurants through our catering department and provide an online ordering platform to our customers to bring our
“paddock to plate” experience right at their fingertip.

**About the role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced retail butcher to work full time, 5 days a week, in multiple locations within our company for which we offer a salary package, based on qualification and/or experience.

**About you**:

- Have relevant trade qualification or proven work experience records equivalent
- Be comfortable to adapt quickly to different work environments
- Knife handling skills
- Be quick and organised
- Work independently
- Understand HACCP Policy while maintaining high levels of hygiene
- Demonstrating appropriate safety practices
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other related activities as required by the business.
