**Do you enjoy **preparing fresh cuts for retail sale and sharing your love of meat and deli products including smallgoods, red meats, poultry, fish and seafood to our discerning customers**

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate a love and knowledge of meat and quality control, presentation and great retail skills. You'll keep stock rotated and replenished, ensuring that only top quality products are displayed and sold. When it comes to your technical butchery skills; you will be cutting, trimming, slicing and preparing meat products but not 'breaking down', boning or ban-sawing.
