Iron Cove Global is currently supporting an ASX listed QLD gold company with the source and selection of key personnel for it’s project development and mining activities. To support the company’s pursuits of advancing it’s key project from exploration through resource development and project expansion phase, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Resource Development Geologist to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development and implementation of exploration and resource development plans;
- Conduct geological mapping and drilling programs to advance the understanding of the deposit and resource;
- Utilise geological software to generate 3D models of the deposit to support resource development;
- Perform geological resource evaluations, including geological data analysis and resource classification;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource development strategies;
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other communications to share findings with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in resource development geology, preferably in the gold mining industry;
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in geological software and data management tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
