We are seeking a motivated and responsible Driver to join our Community Services team. You will be assisting in all aspects of collection and distribution of donated goods and materials.

This role is a casual role based in Villawood, NSW.

Key responsibilities:
- Collect and distribute donations according to the daily collection and distribution schedule.- Conduct regular safety checks on the company vehicle, ensuring it is maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or damage to the Operations Manager.- Remove rubbish around clothing bins safely and report any damages or graffiti.- Support factory operations by providing stock, clearing waste, and assisting with other duties as directed.- Dispose of unwanted goods at the waste depot in a timely manner.- Build relationships with parishes, schools, local businesses, and other stakeholders to support our mission.- Assist other drivers in completing their routes when necessary to ensure smooth operations.- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by adhering to safe work practices and participating in safety activities.

About you:
- Current LR Driver's License with a clean driving record.- Current Forklift License.- Motivated and able to work independently and in a team.- Physically fit to handle job requirements eg. lifting and moving heavy items.- Strong communication and organisation skills- Enjoys meeting people and is community focused- Strong attention to detail, following rules, and adhering to safety protocols.- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
