Government role - Regents Park/WFH
- 8 weeks contract + view of extension
- $43 per hour + Super

**Primary purpose of the role**:

- Respond to general enquiries in a confidential, customer-focused manner, providing support in
maintaining rosters time and attendance through eTime, HealthRoster, StaffLink, Veritas, ServiceNow
and/or various other systems within a complex and changeable environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, requests and action taken to resolve/complete all enquiries
and requests.
- Connect and collaborate to establish and maintain close working relationships with internal/external
stakeholders - actively engaging eHealth, HealthShare-SCW, Deployment Officers, Operational
Managers, Corporate staff and Unit Managers.
- Ensure data entry and quality review of day to day rosters is timely and accurate for delivery of the interface for payment of salary and wages
- Admin, Payroll/finance officer
- Understanding of payroll/ financial matters
- Strong excel and word skills. Analytical thinker
- Quick to learn new systems.
- Strong time management and Problem solving skills.
- Good Customer Service (both verbal and written)
- Open to consider junior profile who has strong understanding in payroll
