Administrative Assistant - Reception / Administration
two (2) positions available, and each is permanent part-time, three days per week during term time only.

Role Requirements
The Administrative Assistant - Reception / Administration is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting
visitors, answering and directing incoming calls and handling enquiries. In addition, the role supports the non
- teaching aspects of the college covering a range of focus areas including correspondence, office
administration, clerical and communication tasks.
- Ensure the effective operation of reception.
- Prepare correspondence and communications relating to students.
- Provide support to the excursion process utilising the college school management system.
- Assist with internal school event organisation.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the operation of Student Services/Print Room, as required.
- Provide assistance to other operational areas of the college, including extra curriculum, property and key
learning areas.
Essential Criteria
A broad range of administration skills, including but not limited to:
- Proven administrative experience as a front office representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with data management
software would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanour.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, supporting multiple departments and
assisting with cross-functional tasks.
- The ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to establish and maintain strong and productive
working relationships.
Other
- Two positions are available. Each position is permanent part-time, three days per week during term time
only.
- Salary and conditions will be as per the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Support Staff - Model B)
Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023. The position will be paid at Level 2a circa $71,548 per annum (pro rata
for the days worked per annum) plus superannuation.
