**Key selection criteria**
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a vibrant bar
- Be a real people person and delivery effortlessly cool, memorable, and knowledgeable service
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong cocktail, spirit, and wine knowledge
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Currently hold a valid NSW RSA certificate
