**Job Description**:
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an Outlet Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead, mentor and train the Suzette, In Room Dining and Mini Bar operations team members
- Manage ambassadors on shift and delegate duties
- Create and distribute rosters and approve timesheets
- Ensure Sofitel brand standards are achieved
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences.
