About the Role
As the Program Lead, you will provide a senior point of leadership and expertise for programs management in the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service. You will be responsible for designing and leading large complex change management projects which deliver improvements in access, quality and efficiency of health services. You will have high level skills in communication, consultation, and negotiation, influentially building rapport with integrity and establishing strong and mutually beneficial connections.
