**_Cooinda Residential Aged Care has been a part of the Community of Gympie since 1965, situated in a magnificent country setting on 25 acres, and ideally located 1 hour from Noosa and 2 hours from Brisbane._**

**_ We are excited to offer a great position for an experienced Rostering Administration Officer. This position is vital to the management of the provision of effective, efficient and high-quality rostering and administration support to the service._**

**About the role**:

- Provide efficient support to roster changes with mínimal disruption to clients
- Provide Customer Service with positive communication
- Report to Clinical Leadership teams
- Respond to Payroll related enquiries
- Assist with administration for recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Reconcile timesheets for payroll processing
- Assist with purchase orders, account processing and resident billing

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Above average skills in Microsoft products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
