We are looking for a detail-oriented **Operations Assistant** to join our team If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scanning and filing documents efficiently
- Managing compliance reminders and following up on pending items
- Tracking and chasing expired compliance documents
- Assisting with onboarding sub-contractors and drivers
- Supporting mobilisation for projects by handling key documentation
- Creating truck files and updating permit numbers for load plans
- Assisting with audits
- Answering calls

**What We're Looking for**

✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✔ Experience with compliance tracking and document management.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✔ Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers and subcontractors.

✔ Experience in transport, logistics, or compliance administration is a plus

✔ Immediate Start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $63,232.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
