**About the Role**:
**Please note this is a multi-classified position and there is only 1 position available that can be filled by either a Registered Nurse, Health Professional or Psychologist**

The position is situated within Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS). ACMHS provides evidenced based care and support for people over the age of 18 years while also collaborating with carers, Nominated Persons, supports and other key stakeholders.

ACMHS teams operate across the Australian Capital Territory, adhering to both the Adult Community Mental Health Model of Care and the Older Persons Community Mental Health Model of Care.

This position will primary be based in the Community Recovery Service but may be required to transfer to other areas of ACMHS as clinically needed.

Community Recovery Services incorporates the guidelines and principles of the Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS) ensuring that the teams’ practice is current and is keeping pace with the changes occurring in the greater MHJHADS teams. The AMHT function is critical to identify and mitigate potentially life-threatening risks for people calling the service.

- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.- Be registered or be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).- Hold Mental Health Officer status or be willing to undertake same.- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required.- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.**To Apply**:
