The role involves will involve undertaking a range of process work including machine operation, knife handling, food preparation, quality and control checks, packing of products and cutting / dicing of fruit and veg. It is essential that employees follow stringent food quality and hygiene standards to provide customers with product at a high standard. Our client operate 7 days a week across Day, Night and Afternoon shifts. We are looking for people who will be available to work on one of these shifts throughout the week.

Our client is a family owned business operating in Bendigo. Committed to supplying fresh, locally sourced and high quality produce, as well as creating delicious and nutritious pre prepared salads, ready made meals, soups and dishes.

**About the Role**:
The role involves will involve undertaking a range of process work including machine operation, knife handling, food preparation, quality and control checks, packing of products and cutting / dicing of fruit and veg. It is essential that employees follow stringent food quality and hygiene standards to provide customers with product at a high standard.
Our client operate 7 days a week across Day, Night and Afternoon shifts. We are looking for people who will be available to work on one of these shifts throughout the week or weekend.

**Key Requirements**:

- A current car license and reliable transport is beneficial.
- Previous food handling experience.
- Previous production or process work will be highly regarded.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedules and rosters.
- Have a strong appreciation of stringent quality assurance policies and practices.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Have a good level of health and fitness with the ability to pass both a pre-employment fitness assessment and a drug and alcohol screen.
