**Our Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role is based in Lidcombe and will be responsible for providing high level clerical support by maintaining data integrity and providing accurate reports to assist the Production Team to deliver area business plans

Main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Provision of required information for Daily and weekly cost review
- Provide information for generation of OEE reports
- Provide information to support the completion of other required reports (plant records, downtime report, shift summary, labour hire)
- Enter data regarding Line efficiency
- Enter data regarding waste and giveway reduction
- Conduct daily stock overviews utilising the SAP system
- Monitor and report on stock loses
- Daily reconciliation and balance of milk quantities for the Site (assist in purchasing/balancing of key raw ingredients)
- Update required information to enable reporting on production plan, order adherence, production sequencing, downtime, yields and staffing levels
- Correct operator errors and system generated orders to maintain accuracy of data
- Provide accurate information to assist with achievement of various production projects
- Assist towards maintaining FPA, ISO 9002 and HACCP certification, food safety and other third party certification requirements
- Pro-actively seek continuous improvement opportunities within the business
