**Organisation**

Zenergy is partnering with Mirvac for this exciting HSE Advisor role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced safety professional to join the residential construction team to provide Health, Safety & Environment services. The Residential Division is made up of Master Planned Communities, Apartments, Design, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Operations. In the Residential sector, Mirvac stands firmly at the forefront of innovation and quality, creating exceptional living environments in the best locations in Australia's capital cities.

**Position**
The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor is responsible for supporting the National HSE Manager Residential during the design, implementation and monitoring of critical HSE requirements and initiatives across the Residential business (excluding Construction) to continually develop the business’ HSE culture. This is an excellent opportunity with a company that puts their people first. The position is based in Melbourne CBD and will involve daily interactions with key HSE and operational stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Qualifications in Work, Health & Safety or equivalent
- Similar experience as a safety professional in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Proactive attitude and results orientated
- Australian Citizen residing in VIC
