**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Main responsibilities include:

- Daily use of Microsoft software incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Checking and validating data & information;
- Maintaining and updating client information and documentation using matter management system: _Migration Manager;_
- Online legal research and data collection from government websites;
- Generating remuneration reports and collating market salary information and data;
- Preparing and issuing client agreements, statement of service & accounts;
- Daily reporting to supervisor on work progress and tasks;
- Social media development and management;
- Professional training & development..

**Skills and experience**

To be considered you will need:

- 1 year relevant work experience preferred, _but not necessary_;
- Fluent in Vietnamese; reading, writing listening & speaking **is an advantage**;
- High level of written and spoken English language proficiency;
- Ability to work on & navigate on line systems with attention to detail & accuracy;
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM;
- Ability to prioritise and good time management skills;
- Ability to finish tasks and work unsupervised; and
- Good problem solving skills.

Previous work experience in immigration, migration, visa processing is an advantage, but not necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
