**Your job**:
You will lead a group of landscapers and apprentices in building gardens and outdoor spaces. You will talk to managers, clients, and people you work with. You will also make sure the work is safe and done well.

**Skills you need:
- Qualification in Landscape Construction
- Min 3 years of experience as a supervisor
- Knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and how to use equipment like diggers and bobcats
- Driver's license
- Time management and problem solving skills
