**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As DECJUBA brand grows, we are looking for a driven and passionate CRM Coordinator to join our talented Customer Experience team.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Customer Relationship strategies to create an AMAZING customer experience that exceeds customer expectation, supports in driving customer acquisition, engagement & retention, and maximises profitability across all channels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support in the delivery of CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with CX Coordinators & Specialists to ensure content is on brand and initiatives are delivered on time.
- Work directly with platform partners (Klaviyo & Lexer) to optimise Lifecycle programs and troubleshoot technical issues where required.
- Develop strong relationships with the broader DECJUBA departments such as IT & Retail Operations.
- Collaborate with our external agency to optimise targeting across paid channels; owning Lexer activations to these channels.
- Complete weekly CRM reporting & support in monthly CRM reporting
- Review performance of Lifecycle programs on a weekly basis; delivering timely, concise, and actionable insights.
- Leverage Lexer to develop dashboards to track key metrics and extract insights.
- Support in managing annual CRM budget in line with annual department objectives.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally 1+ years of CRM or Digital Marketing experience
- Experienced in hands-on execution of digital campaigns.
- Retail experience and knowledge of fashion industry is preferred.
- Confident and articulate communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Naturally curious and always willing to learn new skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.
