As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Bray Park - Kensington Way is located in a shopping centre close to local conveniences, making for a much easier daily drop-off and pick-up.
Our dedicated educators nurture learning and development through play-based learning programs for ages 6weeks to 5 years.
Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
Outside, we have three areas all with age-appropriate play spaces and equipment. We have three outdoor areas which are all undercover, making it ideal for all weather conditions and times of the year.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.
Our educators strive to nurture and encourage children to learn and grow as individuals in an environment that is enriched with learning opportunity.
