**Availability**: 3 days per week, with a Rotating 24/7 Roster (Morning, Afternoon, Overnight, Weekend & Public Holidays)
**Remuneration**: $34.46 - $35.54 per hour + Annual leave loading + Superannuation

**About the Role**

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has built on its strengths of providing quality health services to returned servicemen and women and local communities, as well as undertaking world class clinical education and research.
- The Emergency Department (ED) Administration Officer will perform administrative functions in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to support effective patient care. Providing excellent customer service to all patients presenting to the Emergency Department with a strong customer focused approach, and providing timely and efficient administrative support to the clinical and nursing staff of the Emergency Department, including accurate registration, admission and financial election of all patients and associated administrative duties.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to independently multitask and prioritise work demands to meet department benchmarks and KPIs in a pressured, busy and demanding environment.
- Proven attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and administrative processes.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster and willingness to consider urgent requests for coverage to ensure appropriate functioning of service.
