**About the Role**
- Determine and arrange the daily schedule and vehicle requirements according to volume and requirements
- Liaising with customers for load requirements ensuring enough time is allocated for staging and loading
- Promoting a safe, positive work environment and aligning with all management objectives and values
- Ensuring key service objectives are met
- Manage and utilize assets in the most cost-effective manner
- Understand and meet all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to actively collaborate with the wider team and customers
- Have the ability to adapt easily, and think outside the box when there are problems
- Continually improve the service delivery for the customer

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Previous experience within the transport sector at a similar level, preferably refrigerated FMCG or pallets
- The ability to solve issues with outside-of-the-box thinking, and ultimately contribute to the company’s continued expansion
- A results-driven individual who is resilient, adaptable, with a positive mindset, and a high level of integrity.
- The ability to handle various projects simultaneously and independently
- Current Covid vaccinations, criminal history check, and a medical will all be required for this role.
