**The Opportunity**
An opportunity has arisen to join our high performing Continuous Improvement team as a Process Lead at our Huntingwood site. The Process Lead will be responsible for eliminating process losses on equipment or areas and drive standards and problem solving.
This role reports into the National Continuous Improvement Manager and focuses on data analysis, problem solving and providing training. You will be an expert on the usage of tools, how to solve machine based problems and where to log and record all required data which will extend to the training program you will deliver onsite.
**The Accountabilities**
- Identify, prioritise and eliminate process losses.
- Build the process capability and control (in equipment and production standards).
- Provide feedback to design and lead smart standardisation deployment.
- Define the equipment standards.
- Lead the change management and validation processes.
- Collaborate with line leadership and team members to develop new standards.
**The Ingredients for Success**
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Experience with data analysis and trending.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a coaching or leadership role (highly desirable).
- Enthusiasm, a continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills.
