St Louis Estate Retirement Village (Independent Living) located in Claremont offers government approved home care packages and private care services to residents within the village and local Western suburbs.

We are seeking a home care worker (morning, evening and night shifts available) to join our small friendly and professional team to work with village and community-based residents.

**As a community based Home Care Worker you can expect to assist clients with**:

- Personal Care - Shower assist, dressing, medication assist services
- Domestic Assistance - House cleaning, shopping, laundry
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Help client develop independent living skills
- Social Support - assist client to participate in social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.

**Home Care Worker Requirement**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Certificate III in Home Care & Community or Individual Support
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Certificate III in Home & Aged Care or equivalent (required)
