- Qualification Requirements:_
- Previous Assistant Director experience
- Have extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework
- Hold approved and current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.
- Position Specific Responsibilities _
- Assist Centre Director with managing the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth operations.
- Build positive relationships with our passionate team, supporting educators, and promoting professional growth.
- Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered in adherence to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community, to enhance open communication and create a home away from home atmosphere.

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
