Our client operates a large (150+ places) modern purpose-built centre boasting exciting indoor learning environments with large natural outdoor spaces, complete with tanbark and sand for each age group. There is even a huge internal slide that the Educators enjoy as much fun in as the children do.

This organisation really understands whats important to staff and has a people before profit culture. When it comes to work/life balance - they do more than just talk the talk - improvements to the rostering system provides Educators with a lot more control over their working week. Rosters are prepared two weeks in advance and you can allocate days/shift times that suit you and your needs and choose from the location on offer. Or if you prefer casual employment, we have that too

**What we are looking for**:

- A warm and welcoming disposition with a deep passion for delivering excellence in early childhood education and care
- A completed ACECQA-approved Cert III, Diploma (or working towards ECT)
- Experience in a long daycare setting
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, including the VEYLDF, EYLF and NQS.
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
