Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an ICT Systems Administrator or similar role, preferably within an education setting.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and data privacy principles, aligned with the core values of Melton Christian College.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
